How do I know if mold already started?

Visible black, green, or white growth. Musty smell. Visible water staining on drywall or ceilings more than 48 hours old. If you see any of these, call us and do not disturb the area.

Is sewage water safe to clean up myself?

No. Sewage is Category 3 biohazard water carrying bacteria, viruses, and pathogens. Stay out of the affected area and any area the water may have traveled to. Call us — we arrive in full PPE and handle it by the book.
